The Web Feedback channel allows you the opportunity to gather feedback from guests or customers using a variety of question types. A guest mobile view (to be accessed via web browser from a guest’s personal device) is supported with the following features:
- Identical questions from the kiosk experience
- Full branding capabilities with primary and secondary colours
- Location selection (if >1 location)
- Optional collection of email address or phone number
- Guest engagement via email or text (with submission of the above)
- Question order randomization
- Interface similar to below
- Full localization (multi-language) support
- Full support for bi-directional text messaging only conversation (via SMS)
- Full support for multiple surveys
When configuring a Web Feedback channel, you will be able to customize the channel in the following ways:
- Enter a custom personal subdomain (https://[ACCOUNT].blazeloop.com as an example)
- Upload a custom multimedia profile (customizing font colours and sizing, images, backgrounds)
