Loop by Benbria is a platform consisting of three main product modules: Loop Messenger™, Loop OnDemand™ and Loop Pulse™. The Loop platform is a personalized, omni-channel and unified team messaging inbox that facilitates one-on-one messaging with guests. Channels include proprietary web messaging, SMS/text, email, embedable web messaging and others based on the deployed module.
The Loop Messenger module is conversation-centric and includes the additional optional channels of Facebook Messenger and Twitter Direct Messaging. Loop Messenger includes optional integrations to third-party property management systems (PMSs) for guest record information (over 60 third-party PMSs supported) and TripAdvisor Review Collection and reporting.
The Loop OnDemand module is request-centric and includes a fully configurable menu-based, guest web interface for making requests; a team interface for managing requests and optional integrations to third-party ticketing systems for dispatch and updates (third-party ticketing systems such as HotSOS by Amadeus, KNOWService by KNOWCross and HotelMGR by Mitel).
The Loop Pulse module is feedback-centric and includes the additional channels of Pulse Web Survey, Pulse Mobile Survey, Pulse Web Scoreboard, optional Pulse Physical Kiosks and optional Pulse Physical Scoreboards.
