The Twitter Direct Message (DM) Channel allows the management of DMs from Twitter within the Loop Inbox.
To configure, go to the Channels page, and click the “Setup” button inside the Twitter Direct Message section.
You will be presented with a Login button to connect your Twitter account to Loop. Clicking the button will begin the automated integration process.
Once connected, customers reaching out to you via DM will have their messages appear in Loop, allowing you to respond direct from your Loop Inbox.
