The Facebook Messenger Channel allows the management of Facebook Messenger conversations within the Loop Inbox.
To configure, go to the Channels page, and click the “Setup” button inside the Facebook Messenger section.
You will be presented with a Login button to connect your Facebook account to Loop. Clicking the button will begin the automated integration process.
Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to select which Facebook Page you would like Loop to manage. Once connected, customers reaching out to you via Messenger on that page will have their messages appear in Loop, allowing you to respond direct from your Loop Inbox.
