Welcome to Loop and the Loop Knowledge Base! Our goal is that the Knowledge Base should be everyone's first and primary spot for looking for information, troubleshooting issues, or self-educating about the various features within Loop.
In the Getting Started section you'll find a list of articles and guides to introduce you to various aspects of the Loop Platform. We'll also be using this page as an index to features described outside of the scope of this particular section of the Knowledge Base.

Chat with us on Live Support
Looking for one-on-one Support? While logged in to Loop if you click on the chat bubble icon in the bottom left hand corner of your window you'll see a dialogue box appear:
This chat interface is what you'll use to contact a member of our Customer Success team directly! You'll be able to start a new chat session with us or go over any of your previous conversations with the Customer Success team. We will also periodically send in-app announcements to you using this feature. You'll be able to review any of those messages at your leisure by opening this interface!
Note: this in-app feature is not available for all accounts (by request of the account administrator). For live support on accounts without this in-app feature please reach out to your corporate help desk. If you'd like to discuss with us enabling this feature for your account please contact our Sales team!
