Loop Guest Temperature (Sentiment) Analysis Accuracy

Loop's Guest Temperature (or Sentiment) analysis of incoming Conversations automatically adds a rating between one and five based on the content of the message received. This rating is depicted by colour-coded emoji's, ranging from red and very angry to green and very happy.

While the methodology in use to establish this sentiment is a trade secret, information can be provided in terms of the accuracy applied to a variety of different sources of media. The Guest Temperature accuracy ratings are listed below for a variety of sources:

• Social Media (Tweets for example): 99% accurate in determining temperature
• Movie Reviews: 70% accurate in determining temperature
• NY Times Editorials: 69% accurate in determining temperature
• Product Reviews: 57% accurate in determining temperature
