Broadcast Messaging - Importing Contacts

In order to add guest profiles to Loop Messenger in order to send messages the Contact information must be imported to the system. This will be a manual process where a .csv file is exported from a Property Management System (PMS) and then manually uploaded to Loop Messenger. Depending on the version of PMS on a property this .csv can also be automatically emailed for importing. 

When a .csv file is first loaded into the Contact Import Wizard, a mapping is created between each column in the report and a contact field. This mapping can be saved and used for future imports.

Once contacts are imported into Loop, they will be subject to the automated broadcast messaging engine which processes the contacts by segments.
