Hotels can design high fidelity outbound messages. In the broadcast messaging workflow, segmentation and scheduling are used to craft messages that are tailored to where guests are their journey, starting with pre-arrival all the way to post-stay.
Broadcast messages can be ad hoc or set on a recurring schedule(1), thus each time it is executed there will be a potential audience of contacts reached.
To understand how each broadcast message is performing, a funnel will be displayed. The stages of the funnel are:
- Emails Sent
- Email Delivered
- Email Opened
- Clicked Call To Action Button
- Conversation Started
