Genuine customer feedback from Loop Kiosk Channels are rarely submitted less than 30 seconds apart. When groups of feedback are submitted only seconds apart it is a good indication that an individual is submitting fraudulent feedback, or trying to game the system.
Loop Authenticity allows you to filter these loops so that responses submitted past the first are not counted for reporting purposes. When first enabled the feature is set to 15 second intervals, however this window can be increased or decreased at the discretion of your account administrator.
In conjunction with the Loop Authenticity feature, there are other options available to admins to help ensure submitted feedback is from genuine sources. Contact information in the form of an e-mail or SMS number could be made required for submission. A custom field asking for a loyalty number, membership IP, receipt information, etc. could also be made a requirement for feedback to be submitted.
