Boolean prompts the user to select from two possible values, rating their experiences as either positive or negative. Questions of this type can be assigned to multiple categories as to collect metrics on specific areas of a service. This question type requires little effort on the customer's behalf, allowing for quick and convenient collection of customer satisfaction feedback.
When the boolean category is selected, two different theme options are offered. The boolean question type can either be displayed using happy face and sad face icons or thumbs up and thumbs down icons.
The service provider will then be able to see the customer's response as either a green checkmark (indicating a positive response) or a red "x" (indicating a negative response).
