Tags within Loop can be used to automatically or manually associate specific Users to a Conversation. They can also be used to potentially grant access to a Conversation that a User would not otherwise have access to.
To configure User Tags, you will need to navigate to the Location Admin page.

Once a location has been selected, you will be brought to the Location User page. This is where you'll be able to select the User you'd like to add Tags to.

When you have selected the appropriate User, Tags you'd like to associate with that User can be selected from the Tags dropdown menu.

Once the Save User option is selected, the User will only see Conversations in their Loop Inbox that match the Tags associated with their account at that Location.
