Visual options for Pulse Channel, Messenger Channel OnDemand menus

Within Pulse Channel surveys or Messenger Channel OnDemand menus add the ability to display images to customers. These images could either be thumbnails that can be expanded when selected or static inline images displaying aspects that clients are trying to promote. A menu option or offering in the OnDemand feature or an example image to display within a Pulse survey.
