Text notifications of customer feedback.

It would be really cool if you could get text notifications that allow you to see exactly what the customer feedback about your service without you having to log in to the website.

  Thank you for the feedback! We actually do have SMS notification options available to our Users if a mobile number is listed in their profile. If you'd like, we'd be more than happy to reach out to you to discuss how to enable these features. If our existing notifications features don't meet your specific needs we would also love to hear about those as well!
